I want to SEE these people. Maybe part of just showing the outside of the house is to leave that visualization up to the audience, but it's a cartoon/non-realistic drawing, and I can't picture anything. I want to see crappy, crabby people.
Hmmm, you get the reference, right? I took text from "Peanuts" cartoons and put them in the context of my choppy drawings (which I wouldn't agree are cartoony - sketchy, wobbly yes, but not cartoony)
Like taking Lucy and Charlie Brown and projecting them into our world.

We do see the people. They're just on the other side of the window. :)
